BROOMFIELD EARLY CHILDHOOD COUNCIL
Universal Preschool (UPK) Program is for licensed community-based, school-based or home-based preschool setting. All children who are four years old by October 1 are eligible for at least 15 hours of preschool education.
The Department of Early Childhood supports both Preschool providers AND families with Universal Preschool questions.

BECC will help in any way to support families and providers for UPK in Broomfield. We work in partnership with our State offices and help facilitate questions and provide information as we receive it!
